Great communication with these folks, and very friendly. Our tech, Henri, was very patient with us as he explained our plumbing issues and answered our questions. We had others attempt our repair previously, but still had the problem. At least Henri, who arrived on time, came in with a lot of equipment, far more than the guy who arrived with only a plunger in his hand. Plumbing, like everything else, is not cheap so be prepared. But having a nice guy like Henri who was pleasant and professional made the cost feel like we made a good choice! If the problem returns, I will update my review, after I see how that goes. But for now…thank you Henri, we appreciate you!
