David Taddeo did a great job in diagnosing why our AC stopped intermittently. Condensate line was clogged which caused the float switch to shut down the unit. He was very thorough in cleaning the line and telling us to maintain a clean drain line to avoid issues in the future. We also signed up for their annual maintenance program in order to keep HVAC operating as it should - good peace of mind for $200/year.
