Joe M. saved my air handler. The system shut down due to water and a frozen line. He changed my filters and cleaned out all valves. I also had a surge protector put in and a UV light system put in as my air handler is in the back attic. A lot of work. Joe was polite and answered all my questions. He was on time and meticulous. Staying on top of maintenance is very easy with Fast of Florida. Definitely worth 5 Star rating.

The interesting issue to me is when people complain about the price. More often than not, a few sentences later they are complaining about their A/C or the repairman or something else. I don't. Fast has always been fair, fast, and professional. Oh, and the old system I had was kept running at minimal costs for the last four years by Fast. When that system was finally really broke, I had them quote me multiple tiers of systems and chose the one I wanted from that. The installation went as they said it would. I am very happy with it.
