The level of service has been exceptional
"We signed up for the Comfort Club, and the level of service has been exceptional. Thomas explained what they were checking out during the semiannual visit and provided a detailed list of items I need to keep an eye on. He also provided an estimate, if we wanted to move forward on the repairs/maintenance. The appointment was during the time we agreed on, and I received notifications as the tech was assigned, once they were about 30 minutes away, and a cool map on my phone to stay up to date on how far away they were."
