Thomas explained what they were checking out during the semiannual visit and provided a detailed list of items I need to keep an eye on. He also provided an estimate, if we wanted to move forward on the repairs/maintenance. The appointment was during the time we agreed on, and I received notifications as the tech was assigned, once they were about 30 minutes away, and a cool map on my phone to stay up to date on how far away they were.
