Fast was wonderful! After a horrible experience with a competitor, Fast took care of us, explained what we needed, and didn't try to upsell a bunch of work we didn't actually need. They gave us a lower quote for duct work, arrived the next day with 3 employees, and did the replacement in less than a day. They stayed in communication throughout and checked on us the following day to make sure things were still good. I'd definitely recommend Fast!

We signed up for the Comfort Club, and the level of service has been exceptional. Thomas explained what they were checking out during the semiannual visit and provided a detailed list of items I need to keep an eye on. He also provided an estimate, if we wanted to move forward on the repairs/maintenance. The appointment was during the time we agreed on, and I received notifications as the tech was assigned, once they were about 30 minutes away, and a cool map on my phone to stay up to date on how far away they were.

Today’s HVAC service turned out not to be a thermostat issue after all; it was a blocked condensate line. FAST of Florida service technician Kalieb Henry was excellent. He explained everything clearly, got right to work, and resolved the issue quickly. I did feel the price was a little more than I was expecting for this type of work. However, I can highly recommend, and I will absolutely request Kalieb for any future service.

Fast of Florida just completed the free semi-annual review of my A/C system, compressor, and handler. The service techs, Joe and Thomas, were absolutely fantastic—thorough, professional, and very polite and friendly. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. It's the second time that Joe has been here, and I would recommend asking for him, and you will receive excellent service. Also appreciated that they made recommendations for additional products to enhance the system, but they did not badger or use high pressure. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
