FAST of Florida has been a "secret weapon" to professional real estate rental property managers since the early 1970's when condominiums were first being developed in this area? This is how our company started...by first serving the real estate rental property managers who were just starting up at the same time, and by offering them a new product, the FAST of Florida Service Warranty Agreement. You see, the original intent of the Service Warranty Agreement was to first serve the rental property manager as a tool in order for them to better serve their clients, the property owners.
Since 1972, FAST has grown to over 6000 Service Contracts, mainly by word of mouth, becoming the largest provider of this type of coverage in the immediate area. We are licensed, bonded and insured with an umbrella policy toward damages up to $2,000,000. In addition, we carry full general liability and workers' compensation insurance for your protection. Many people don't realize that if a contractor's employee is injured on someone's property and the company doesn't carry the proper insurance, the property owner can be held liable. Since we ourselves are considered an insurance company by the state, we are carefully monitored by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation and have reserve assets with the state. |
